Do your signs meet SS 508 standards?
Yes. All standard safety signs on our catalog are manufactured to Singapore Standard SS 508 specifications for graphical symbols and safety signs.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 3–7 working days islandwide in Singapore. Custom orders may take longer; we'll confirm the timeline in your quote.
Can I order custom sizes or designs?
Yes. Use the "Get a Quote" button on any product, or WhatsApp us at +65 8780 8962 with your requirements. We manufacture custom sizes, materials, and full custom designs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayNow, PayPal, Stripe, and bank transfer. All orders are cashless.
What materials are available?
Acrylic, PVC, aluminium composite panel (ACP), photoluminescent (glow-in-the-dark), retro-reflective vinyl, and stainless steel. Material choice depends on the sign type and installation environment.
Do you install signs?
We supply signs ready for installation. Standard signs come with adhesive backing or pre-drilled holes. For site-wide installation projects, contact us for a separate quote.
Can I return a sign?
Standard signs can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. Custom-made signs are non-returnable. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.
Do you deliver outside Singapore?
Currently we deliver only within Singapore. For overseas enquiries, contact us and we'll discuss options.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email. You can also use the Track Order page with your order number and email.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll arrange free replacement or full refund.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, for orders above 50 units. Send a quote request with the products and quantities, and we'll come back with pricing.
How do I clean and maintain safety signs?
Wipe with a soft cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh solvents which can damage the print. Retro-reflective and photoluminescent signs need periodic light exposure to remain fully effective.
