1. About us
SafetySigns.sg is a Singapore-based supplier of SS 508 compliant safety signs and industrial signage.

2. Ordering and pricing
- All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include GST where applicable.
- Products marked "Price on Request" require a quote before purchase.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, with a full refund.
- An order is confirmed only after payment is received and we send an order confirmation email.
3. Payment
All online and offline orders are cashless. We accept credit cards, PayNow, PayPal, Stripe, and bank transfer. Payments are processed by third-party providers with full PCI compliance.
4. Delivery
- Standard delivery: 3–7 working days islandwide within Singapore.
- Custom orders may require additional lead time; we will confirm this in your quote.
- Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or external events.
- Please provide accurate delivery details. Redelivery fees may apply for missed deliveries.
5. Product accuracy
We work hard to display accurate product photos, sizes, and specifications. Actual colours may vary slightly due to your screen. Custom sizing and materials are made to the specifications confirmed in your quote.

7. Warranty
All standard signs carry a manufacturer warranty against material and workmanship defects for 12 months from delivery under normal use. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, vandalism, or extreme environmental conditions beyond product specifications.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site (logos, images, text, product designs) is owned by SafetySigns.sg or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any of it without written permission.
9. User accounts
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when registering or ordering.
- We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
